Business Case |
Novosoft customer is an ISP company providing various personalized services in online mode. There was a need to provide a quick solution for clients requesting remote access to the resources of protected server which is not connected directly to the internet. Clients should be able to work with the program with their PC under Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.

Solution |
Using the Windows Remote Access Service (RAS) API, Novosoft developed the required product in two months - on time and under budget.
The program dials out automatically and screens out busy signals, disconnected numbers and no-answers. It can redial multiple lines until connection established, restore broken connections, keep track of online time, cost and traffic, play sounds on connect and disconnect, launch and terminate programs, monitor the connection quality.
Application is able to disconnect user from their current dial-up connection and restore it after user ends working with this application. Multi Language Support is provided. The default user's language is determined automatically and all notify messages are turned to this language when the program start.
