solution -- a travel portal that gives service providers an opportunity
to place their offers on-line. The information is stored in a standardized
format, so that storage and processing of information are the same
for different suppliers. The offers are organized in a catalog of

that allows suppliers to respond to customer requests fast and in
detail. All communications between a customer and a supplier take
place at online communication center. By using the CRM module, a
